India happens to be one of the  most powerful country who believed in religious Taboo’s and homosexual as a criminal act.

But the supreme court of India has legalized the homosexual as no more a criminal act in India in the month of september 2018 . The supreme court of india sees the ligalization of homosexual as human right . Now every citizens in India has  every right to choose who to get married to homosexually.

India population is also high so , the government of India seems to used homosexual to control their population growth by reducing child birth through same sex marriage.
