The National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) is cautioning the general public to psyche themselves up for what it is predicting to be heat exhaustion on Wednesday.

NADMO in a statement on Tuesday explained that the heat exhaustion occurs after one is exposed to high temperatures and is often accompanied by dehydration.“The average temperature across the country, on Wednesday 6th March 2019, is expected to be the highest for the week; rising from approximately 39°C to 42°C in the afternoon,” the statement said.
“Therefore the risk of heat-related illness is most likely.”
