The minister for health of the republic of Ghana Hon. Aggyemang Manu has assured the unposted nurses on their pending postings.

The unposted nurses were unhappy with the President of the republic of Ghana His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa in-line with the speech he delivered on the State of the nation address 2020 ( SONA2020) in relation to recruitment.

According to the leaders of the unposted nurses, they were expecting the president to made mention of their clearance forms for their pending postings but nothing as such happened. They indicated that, government ignore them their allowance when they were on campus. His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa promised them in 2016 when he was campaigning for the seat that he will pay their scratched allowance to them immediately when he becomes the president. However ,Such promise seems to be a form of insult to them ( the unposted nurses) .

Upon going through the headache in course of their services , until now some of the service personel due money for the service which they’ve rendered still not been paid.

However , they were expecting the president to have mentioned or even say something about their pending postings. The unposted nurses has issued a deadline for the government to release their clearance forms else they will walk on the street of Accra with massive demonstration to campaign against the Ruling government.

The minister for health , Hon . Aggyemang Manu has explained the reason behind their pending postings. He said , they are going to hold a stakeholders meeting to address this issue and come out with the results soon. However ,he entreat all unposted nurses to have patients as the ministry and it stakeholders are working hard to get them posted.

The leaders of the unposted nurses also entreat their members to get close to their phones as they will give them updates on the upcoming demonstration. #postnursesnow.
