President of the Republic, Akufo-Addo has made a passionate appeal to the Asokwa Church of Pentecost, Mckeown Temple to offer him a special prayer when they attend church services.
Akufo-Addo told the auditorium that they should pray for him to get confidence and a good heart to govern the nation.
Addressing the auditorium on Sunday monitored by Wontumionline’s Nana Owusu Achiaw, he said a former Chairman of the Church of Pentecost, Apostle Opoku Onyina Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Cathedral is working assiduously for him.
“Because of Opoku Onyina, the National Cathedral would be built to honour me,” he told the church members.
President Akufo-Addo however, presented physical cash of Gh¢20,000 to the Church as an offering.
